Er. Sambhu P, grandson of the esteemed contractor Sri. Sreedharan, is an experienced civil engineer specializing in design and procurement with over 5 years of experience. Continuing the legacy of Kunnath Constructions, a pioneer in government contracting with over 40 years of excellence, Mr. Sambu has embarked on a new venture with Exinor Designs, bringing innovation and expertise to every project.
His commitment to quality and excellence is reflected in every design he creates.

Akhil Santhosh
Akhil Santhosh is a results-driven architectural designer and project management professional with expertise in civil engineering and design coordination. As the Co-founder and Director of Exinor Designs, he brings a strong background in architectural visualization, BIM design, and project execution. Holding an MSc in Project Management from Northumbria University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Akhil has successfully managed diverse projects, ensuring precision and quality in every design.
With proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, and Primavera, he excels in creating detailed design specifications, 3D exterior visualizations, and effective project scheduling. His experience as a site engineer and architectural designer has honed his ability to adapt to evolving project requirements while maintaining a proactive and detail-oriented approach. At Exinor Designs, Akhil leads with a commitment to innovation, efficiency, and excellence in architectural and interior design solutions.
